We saw the need for this business in 2011 as we use quite a bit of lineboring ourselves. Whenever we wanted lineboring done we had to wait three to six weeks before any lineboring business in Middelburg could assist us.
We did a market survey and realized that because of this problem, nearly 20% off all lineboring business in Middelburg were sent to Johannesburg.

We are concentrating on these specific market segments for a variety of reasons. These companies all use large machinery with very high wear and tear. If these machines are not maintained they have to be replaced at a very high cost. All these companies further require on-going services that will provide DP Lineboring with long-term profitability.
